Protect Natural Areas

Areas of undeveloped land ("open space") are key to maintaining the health and function of the Neponset River Watershed, its biodiversity, community character, public recreation opportunities, and public well-being.

Neponset River Watershed Association advocates for the acquisition and protection of such land and other parcels. The Watershed Association also advocates for public access to these sites so that local people have the opportunity to experience the wonder of these gems, first-hand.
