Your support for the 2021 Annual River Fund this fall will:

• Restore Traphole Brook’s unique wild brook trout population and protect an environmental justice neighborhood from future floods by removing the Mill Pond Dam in Norwood.
• Leverage a foundation challenge grant to dramatically expand our Greenways and River Access program, open up the river for recreational use, and make key regional trail connections so that local families can enjoy the Neponset.
• Bring communities together to save the Neponset iconic salt marshes which are now under threat from sea-level rise.
• Make our communities more resilient to a changing climate and help us clean up water pollution right now, by updating municipal codes and regulations to meet best practices.
